This Thanksgiving, Do Good Minnesota is coming together to make sure every family in our community has a warm meal and a reason to smile. Full Plates, Full Hearts is our way of giving back, preparing meal boxes filled with everything needed for a holiday dinner, shared with local families who could use a little extra help this season.
We’re currently working with the school counselors to identify families in need, and we will share details soon on how you can donate, volunteer, or sponsor a meal box.
Because when our community fills plates with kindness, we will fill hearts with hope.

Registry is listed below for the “Full Plates, Full Hearts” project, open until Nov 17, to get in time for Thanksgiving. We will donate any overages of items to our local food shelf.
We ARE LIVE – We have currently 15 families who will be benefiting during this Thanksgiving Holiday Season. ****UPDATE 11/26/2025****
We have delivered the boxes of groceries, and because of you, we were able to provide meals for 17 families and 88 people only (with plenty of leftovers!) – This was a huge impact! Every family had their choice of Ham or Turkey, a dessert option and a potato option – and they all received: green beans/mushroom soup/crispy onions, corn, stuffing, gravy, sweet potatoes or russet potatoes, apple pie or pumpkin pie or brownies, gallon of milk, a lb of butter, a quart of vanilla ice cream, macaroni and cheese, dinner rolls, turkey oven cooking bags and even some holiday coloring books and festive table cloth! We tried to make this an “at home, personalized” box – to really make the holiday special. – YOU ARE THE REASON this was such a successful project and we cannot thank you all enough!
